This picture reminds us of times when we visited our natives, and our aunts or grandmothers were sorting chips. The homemade ones require intense heat before they can be fried and munched. A simple tale, yet encapturing not only the process, but the season is a task in itself. This photograph by Varun Thakkar, titled Ant Eye View, captures the winter season subtly. The red cardigan placed among the blue and yellow background is the personification of winter. But this picture stands out because it has managed to personify the emotions and balance the colour. The red cardigan, the yellow chips against the blue sky, instils happiness in one who sees it.
